Drive for the Cure

Drive for the Cure was founded in 2006 by Active Charity and Tri-Valley Bank.  To date it has raised over $1,000,000 for JDRF research.

The 2010 Drive for the Cure will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010 at Wente Vineyards in Livermore, CA.

2009 Drive for the Cure:

Thank you to everyone who helped to make the 4th Annual Drive for a Cure a wonderful success.  We had more people attend the events than ever before.  Many of the participants have attended year after year, and they keep coming back — we continue to grow and cultivate these relationships for JDRF and our mission to find cures for diabetes.  Everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves.

The highlight of the evening was the Fund A Cure program, where this year the kids panel led by Tyler Bealmear was truly heartfelt, touching and memorable.  Thanks to Tyler, Louise, Kendall and Sam!  It’s for them and others like them that we all continue to work to find cures for diabetes.
